Holl Fitness Studio
Holl Fitness Studio has now been open for 3 weeks and is proving to be a huge success! Here are some pictures for you so you can see how fab the studio looks.
At last Bedford has it’s very own Power Plate training centre!

I somehow got my Fitness First membership for £20 a month on a promotion, that's full membership and includes classes, health suite and use of other FF gyms. I certainly get my money's worth!
Would love to try out your gym, looks nic. But I prefer to train outside or go on a fitness holiday!
It looks like you have done a great job there, in a space that is not huge. I've got some god ideas for my own home setup from this.
