Balancing act!
Why should we include balance training into a our gym programme? A great question....balance training is a really important part of your gym programme. By doing any kind of balance training you can improve the stability of your ankles, knees and hips which will lead to a decreased risk of injury.
There are many different types of balance training but here I have used a Bosu ball to develop a traditional yoga aeroplane pose. This of course can be done without the Bosu.
For the ultimate challenge....close your eyes!
